Prof. Yilmaz has thorough expertise in this field, having specialized in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation and having completed various courses in the field, giving her experience in the usage of these equipment in patient treatment. Formed Healthcare is the only application center in Turkey for Cheneau braces that are widely used in Europe for patients with idiopathic scoliosis. These computer-designed braces aim to control scoliosis three-dimensionally, giving the scoliotic spinal column pressure and enabling it to bend in the opposite direction. Additionally, scoliosis braces used in the USA and Australia as Gomez scoliosis ortheses and carried out with Cad Cam computer design are applied to some patients who need more traction on the scoliotic spinal column.(Visit Link.) 

For child patients with neurological scoliosis, we work together with the British company DMO for dynamic scoliosis braces. We apply brace dresses with extra fortified lycra straps around the scoliotic part of the spine.(Visit the link.)  

Scoliosis braces are used until the end of the child's growth, this is why the process should be monitored, pressure points need to be changed and the braces should be elongated if needed.
